Did not provide after sales service when you purchase a car with this company.
Call in several times regarding the insurance NCD which is supposedly claim within 2 months says the sales person name Richard.
Been waited for 3 months after purchase.No information of which insurance company is covered for my car.
Hence the sales person took the blame on insurance company did not do their part instead of the sales person should give information and help to solve customers issue with the related matter.
No cover note receive.
NCD claim haven't being receive.
Poor attitude towards customers after sales.
Irresponsible sales person.
My advice is to be extra cautious when purchasing any car with them and do not fully trust them regarding the terms on purchase verbally.
